I know this was covered someplace.. but what makes up a poem "under 20" .. just under 20 words.. or does it have some specific "rules" so to say..

if someone could let me know.. Id appreciate it..

I think it's just under twenty words, I'm not sure, but MarkVSheldon started this type of poetry, he did some 58 of them.
