I have just completed the manuscript of my first novel, and I was wondering if I could post succeeding chapters of it in the prose forum for some exposure. Would they be under copyright like my poetry? How long are the posts allowed to be if I can? I've engrossed myself in writing this first novel, which is a more mature work then my "The New Kid".
Sincerely,
^_^ Amanda

First, anything you post here on Passions - in any forum - remains your copyrighted work..

Second, I suggest that you read our guidelines on submissions concerning the length of your posts (found at the "?" in the right column of each forum) - We'd love to read your work, of course. If your post is too lengthy, might I also suggest that you could post a link here in the Passions forums to access your own html page at another URL - in order to preserve our bandwidth,...

Thanks for asking, btw..

Thanks... I know they were rather obvious answers, but I had to be absolutely certain.
I suppose I'm glad I have a poor man's copyright on it if I have to post it at my own URL. I understand the limit of space though.
