I don't know if it has any merit, but i have been thinking about the "problem" of possibly offensive material being posted. (Probably because twice now I have been close to over the line, or in the wrong forum...sorry!) Anyway, I was thinking that maybe there could be a place, or person (not easily offended) that could pre-read and suggest an appropriate forum, or that it should not be posted. I know there are many inherent problems with such an idea, but I also know that it might have helped me avoid the embarrasment of accidentaly posting in a wrong forum. I think it would have to be voluntary, but I am sure some people might be interested. Since it would be in the form of suggestions, it can't be considered as censorship.
Like I said, I don't know if it's a valid idea, but maybe if it sounds like a possibility, you (the moderators) can work with it and make it better!

Christopher, I for one, would be glad to help you at any time. You can e-mail your work to me and I'll advise you where to post it. Or post it in the Adult Forum and if we think it's ok to post in another forum we will tell you (I have already done this for others).

Thanx ms deVine and saxoness. I think I might take you up on that. However, as you might remember with "Private Eagerness," it was almost too much even for the adult forum. I respect other's sensibilities, (though I have few myself) and don't wish to upset anyone, even you! And since I am not offended easily, sometimes I can go overboard very easily. It's not that I believe in what I am writing personaly, but like "Private Eagerness," I know that others do. So I am in effect writing as I think they might see it. So, if you think your skin is thick enough, I may try you, but I warn you...

Christopher - It's really great to see such a responsible attitude - So many people enjoy reading provocative poetry, and the "invisible line" is such a subjective thing. The good news is that the software for this forum will be upgraded soon, and a part of the upgrade will be the capability for moderators to move a thread from one forum to another - thereby alleviating much of the dilemma.....
