Hi! Can someone help me with a password problem please? I went into my member profile and my password is not being accepted. I verified it through my email and I am entering it correctly but I keep getting a message that it is incorrect. My user name is Laurel. Thank you. |

Hang in there Laurel...are you sure you typed the password in that was sent to you via email? |

Yes I did. Then I went into the profile to change it to an easier one as suggested. It worked once to allow me to post something and then when I went into the profile again it said it was incorrect so I verified it through the email option for when you forget your password and the one I am typing is correct. But it's not working. Thanks for your help. |

I pulled your file off the server disk, Laurel, and I suspect I know what the problem is with your password. You probably think it's a five-letter password, right? Nope. It's six letters long. The five I think you meant to enter, then a sixth space character you can't see. Try entering all six characters and see if that works... |
