Hi M'Hal, welcome to Passions and CA. I loved the poem, the bleeding oil bit didn't do much for me except that I don't think I'll ever eat cheese again. YUCK!   Quite cute.

Ah, the culinary delight of a grilled cheese sandwich. I enjoyed this but didn't understand the insult to the bread -- they work very well together. I don't know the cheesiness of being in the oil business in order to make some dough?

Just an opinion,
Brad

Wecome, M'Hal...

Very different haiku. I didn't understand the insult to the bread thing either, nor the oil, although cheese does have oil...now I'm rambling. I'll just say welcome again, and hope to see more.

M'Hal:

You realize I'm going to be trying to figure out the insult to the bread all afternoon.    Welcome to CA.  If you don't offer your intended meaning first, I'll be back later to give it a shot.

Perhaps the insult was a reminder to the bread that "a man can't live by bread alone".  Poor, poor bread.

Thankyou, all.
I consider myself welcomed.  I was trying to express my favor towards the cheese w/ the insult bit.
