  Friends are the people in
whom we give our trust.
  To laugh with,
or to cry with.
  To share the memories of the
things that have happened.
  And to have them by you when
the things that will happen, happen.
  It doesn't matter who they are, or
what they are like.
  All that matters to us is that
they're our friend.

A very sweet poem, Kurly.  It's short and to the point, which I like.  If only all people in this world could be the kind of friend that you have described.
