Dear Gentlemen and resident critics   ...

Thank you so very much for your wisdom and help with my poem(Accolades of Poets)
I will use your good suggestions and advice.
I have to say...you guys made me laugh with your friendly banter and comradery...(Even if you did give our fellow poets ego a good bruising)
I had to laugh too-- at Brads "hated word of the week list"(sorry my poem contained most of them..lol)...but at the risk of inflating his ego any more...   ...I have to agree with Jim(which must make him "always right")...I say-- give credit where credit is due...
This poem was written from my feelings of awe and respect for the ones who have special "gifts" of talent, who put themselves out there and share with us..risking rejection and ridicule. I think it takes a lot of courage to share deeply personal pieces of themselves so that we can learn from it and be enriched by it.  And I will add to this, that it takes a very talented writer to be able to critique anothers work with fairness and objectivity... (critics egos need stroking too right?)
Thanks guys...Take Care, Janet Marie
