Mimsy moondrops fly with horses in the open air of night.
Stars cry , for the sun will not leave them and they cannot break at dawn.
Blue skys gyring arent welcome at my
rainy doorstep...When loving night can glow no more.

erin- why you so much better than me at this? i could really use some help with my poems, if you would like to help. i mean this in the most humble. i am suffering from a "terminal" and chronic case of writer's block. desiree told me the other day that she believes my forte is prose. unfortunately for me, i am even more dissatisfied with that lately. this is suhc a lovely image that you have painted here. it has inspired me to attempt to write something. good luck with yours.

roxane ,
i can fully understand your "terminal" problem. I wrote this a long time ago when i had writers block whooped. For me , It takes a real catharsis to blast the writers system clean. For me it feels like things keep pouring into me but not exiting(no pun intended ha ha).You know how we get emotions and then they pass? Well for me its like their not passing and I am a jumble of raging emotion with no outlet . Im stuck. Any sugestions anyone?

Writing something dark always helps me. I don't know why. It just does. I like bedtime immensely. Read and reread it, it was so cool.
