Dissatisfied with an earlier effort, exposed to the possibilities of enlightened input, retooling and struggling just a little, my baby gives fitful birth!

Bliss

Your mind is oh, so strong!
Yet mine, so very sensitive
Your thoughts reach out to me
No matter how far
The distance may be

You, engulfed in desire
Yearning for a touch
Dreaming of some tenderness
Wondering if those feelings
In me, amount to less

Suffice it just to say
That truly, I feel blessed
If capable, this woman may be
In such an extraordinary man
Of awaking the roaring sea

Oh to have known such bliss!
May the depth of your gentle love
Cause in your thoughts, me to hold
Though reason justly prevents me
From wounding your precious soul

Very impressive - you described feelings so vividly! I don't understand part of the second to last verse, though - "If capable, this woman may be / In such an extraordinary man / Of awaking the roaring see".

Thanks for the kind words, 61
As for the cryptic 3rd verse,
There once was a boring fool
who I woke up just in time before he plain expired off the face of the earth, such an extraordinary twit!!!!
