Behind the clouds  of deceit
the brightest stars are cowering,
trembling at the thought
of finally being caught
in Karma's web.

It's not good to be always looking over your shoulder...karma just might be following you!
I try to stay in the sunshine where i don't have to hide behind the clouds.
I like this!

Short and powerful. I've seen Karma work on someone else on my behalf, and I've experienced it work on me on behalf of someone else. Its a good thing I've never fooled myself into thinking I'm an angel. I think its much more difficult to deal with if a person is in denial about what they've done wrong.

Thank you, Temptress. I am into short and sweet. Anything that is too long and wordy loses me so I assume others may feel the same.

I was told once some stars wink out of existence, be we still see their shine for many years after.  I wonder if that will be the case here.     Love the allusion here, Ida.

Karma - yeah, and ghost, and whispering in the night - uh-huh - I've had enough experiences over my many years to make me, shall we say, believe . . .

enjoyed

Me too, Jimmy. There have been times when it was a pretty bumpy ride and I certainly have learned from it.
