Keeper of Dreams
By Paul Wilson

Across the boundary of my mind
Visions shown to me well defined
Dreams of another time and place
Ascending steps of golden staircase

Greeted by a voice that has no face
Something not of the human race
Welcome come sit with me
Let me expand your mind...more visions to see

Where am I…who are you?
I am the keeper of dreams that haunt you
Visitors from the other side
Come at night no place to hide

My mind is engulfed by the dark
Where evil demons leave their mark
I open my eyes in disbelief
As a light grants me relief

Suddenly the room is consumed in light
As the evil demons take flight
A figure slowly walks toward me
From these dreams I will set you free

Take my hand as we walk up golden staircase
All those evil dreams I will replace
Dreams of happiness will fill your nights
Taking your mind to new heights

Be positive and all you seek… will be yours
Be not afraid to open new doors
Look beyond the dark
On this journey you must embark

Today a new life awaits you
Each step one less dream to haunt you
Keep your faith in all you do
God’s love will see you through

Beautiful thoughtful outlook Poet Paul.
My daughter used to make Dream-Catchers,
she made me 1 long ago, you're supposed to hang it to the So.-West,to sweep nightmares away. Of course your close here..is the best way.

I've had some pretty vivid "dreams" where things come to torture me.  The strange thing about this poem is that as far as chairs and sitting being involved it reminds me of a dream that I had of a figure sitting in a chair watching me and slowly tapping his fingers on his knees. He was waiting to see what I was going to do, and I couldn't tell if he was friendly or not. I've often began praying in otger dreams like the torture ones and woke up still mouthing the words to the prayer.

This definitely gave me chills. I think it shows that God can reach us anywhere, and the images are awesome!

An epidemic of the mannequins
Contaminating everything"
