So here I sit Just typing away Pizza to munch RC to sip Hoping for something to say Alone on another Friday The weekend begins Wouldn't have it another way As the daylight now dims Another night at home Leftover pizza and cold RC I may be people-wise alone But have the best of company Who needs the loud humans Who just curse and complain When I have my Feline companions Who accept me as I came The heck with those humans Don't need the lot of them I'll keep my Feline friends As there is no need to contend.... For my four-legged kids and my four-string kids. Inspired-8 |
