We are related for sure.
She has that certain "wit."
She's my niece...
no doubt about it.

She's a mother, protector,
provider and more
With energy, humor and patience,
she makes the best
of any situation.
Her adventurius spirit
keeps her on the go.
Negatives become positives
because she wills it so.
She's a woman of substance
I am  proud to know.

It's easy to see the pride in your piece, Ida. Hug her for me!

I gave her a copy. My niece has two children who are grown now and she is the grandmother of two little girls. She has a 31 year old daughter and a 23 year old son who is autistic. She was divorced when the kids were young and has done most of the parenting herself with some help from her parents who both passed away in 2017.
She has always worked at a school for specoal needs kids and has done an amazing job with her son. She is also a loving, hands-on grandma. I admire her strength and ability to handle whatever life sends her way.

"Negatives become positives
because she wills it so."

A rare and powerful trait.  So nice to have someone within the family who affects people in such a way.

Marchmadness - There's nothing like family to draw strength from or to find a hero. I liked this a lot Ida. Namyh
