As I drift off to sleep,
moonlight fades into a tiny orifice
I faintly hear you telling me
that you're leaving me

I then begin to see the earth
quake beneath your feet
Granules of soil spit up at you
as you take your leave of me

The quaking is stronger now
as the ground splits around you
Watching you slide silently downward
brings me such joy

You left me then, consumed by earth
but suddenly, your hand reaches out
from the ground, out to me from your grave,
to free you from death's grasp

...then I awake to feel the walls withdraw
Slowly, my excited breath becomes calm
You begin to stir beside me
and, finally...I decide to smile

Dearest Bluesy,
How prophetic a dream. You are saving your true love's life and have been for years. And soon my friend she will be stirring next to you. You have always been together, soon you will just be closer in proximity. Then you have this lifetime to be inseparable and eternity to love each other. I'm so excited for you both. ~L

You're a very intuitive woman, Miss Lori, and your intuition never requires an assist from preconceived notions.

Many blessings, my dear...and many thanks!

That's very kind of you to say, Jerry.
Be assured the feeling is mutual.

Much obliged!

Aww! Thanks so much, Miss Pinky...

Now, if those chills are getting the better of you,
I beg your attention to the wings on either side of me.
