Etched upon my broken~heart pangs of pain engulf my soul clamoring disillusions smother the life out of hope Darkness now inhabits my dreams sending me to a hell of lost love where I grapple with my demons pleading for mercy Tears free~fall into a pool of tomorrows promises which died before even being birthed my heart dies too This a small token of a heart that lies broken © Poet In Pink |
