As this crimson sunset fades,
she comes in tendrils of smoke

Whirling and whispering
from her well-stoked sun embers

She breathes over me gently, sweetly
giving life to this night of ours

She walks through my earth
singing me sweet lullabies

Putting my mind at ease,
making my world ready for sleep

Farewell, my twilight,
I have tasted your sweet kiss...
