Recently I have been told I was awesome and that I am cool by two of my peers. They were rather convincing. I much preferred what they thought of me over what I’d been thinking of myself… So I dared to not, not believe them. I accepted the realm of possibility that at age 59 10/12ths, I may have reached a lifelong desire I never knew I had, until now. Just the other day When someone asked me what did I want to be when I grew up. I said, after much thought, a well-known poet. But now that I know there is a possibility, a glimmer of truth to the words awesome and cool, I realize that I’d rather be what I already am, what I wanted to be when I grew up. LGR©10/14/17 |

Thanks LeeJ, I've always maintained that all the hard times you go through have a silver lining in that you then are able to reach out to more people who have gone through the same thing and help them. ~L |
