Sharing an Appreciation

When she pulled me close
and kissed me
I was mildly surprised,
at the same time
I was extremely satisfied;
it was one of those deep kisses
that touched both my heart and senses;
when she was finished she said to me
"There...that's what you get for
being so nice to me."
I replied, "There's more nice
where that came from."
Then she said, "I have plenty more kisses too,
to share my appreciation with you."
