I want to find love In the past I thought I truly had How wrong I was I don't know what I am doing wrong It must be something Sometimes I feel like it's just me I start having feelings for a special guy I start to trust and love him with all my heart Then both my heart and my trust are broken Thrown away like everyday trash Something to be spit upon I want to find love but maybe it is not in the cards for me Maybe I am meant to be alone Why can't I find love Find that special someone to spend my life with Maybe it is me scaring love away Forever alone I will always be |

Many times we try much to hard to show our "love," Angel. I know I sure have. Maybe just relax and let the affair grow on its on without so much feely touchy, and maybe lighten up on the "I love you." If it is a real love affair it will certainly "take," if not . . . Well, you know what will happen. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

Ah, you remind me of me. You give your love too quick before they have earned it, same way with trust. Everyone wants to be loved, but to find the right love takes time and being picky. Don't settle for anyone who thinks you are anything less than wonderful. So don't go begging for love, go shopping for love. In the meantime love yourself and find your confidence again. Real love is worth waiting for. ~L |

Don't shop for, hunt, or seek love at all! Have fun, enjoy yourself, don't be over zealous with your feelings, emotions - don't try to create love! Let it happen. If it's there it'll announce itself - then and only then can you determine if its real or short-term. Let love find you - - - not the other way around. And for goodness sakes - Don't rush it just for the sake of "wanting Love"! That's a course to disaster. Once you've found it - nourish it, feed it, give it reason to love you too. But don't overwhelm it with slobber, leave it always slightly wanting, but confident in it's grasp on you. J. |
