Que Sera Sera

I was missing the Silk Lady
I hadn't seen her for some time,
in all her radiant beauty
she was swirling around in my mind
I was alone, lying in my bed
thoughts of her kept floating around in my head,
I heard a whisper from the silence
it was caressing the air near my ear
almost as sensual as a kiss
the sensation wasn't clear;
the next moment the silk lady was lying beside me
she softly told me, "Don't move
or say anything my dear."
At that moment I wanted to hug her,
but I didn't, her message was clear,
her silky presence caressed me
of her softness I was aware,
and the sweetness of her perfume saturated the air,
she only added the words "lay with me"and I was
confident her silky essence she would share,
I knew that in the morning we'd talk of life,
as for tonight, what will be will be lying there.

Love the way you pulled it all together with this:

"I knew that in the morning we'd talk of life,
as for tonight, what will be will be lying there"

Its all in the insinuation and you said everything without saying anything at all.~L

It would seem that you were as crazy about Doris Day as I was.

All we need do now is find out which of us saw her first!

And yes James, you wrote it well.

Just out looking for the real me...
