canít remember the day
the photo was made
but as you look
there, there it is all alone
smack dab in the center of the photo
of stars
and a round blood-red moon
the image is me
you can see that can you not
although I admit
Iím sorta distorted among the
cluster of heavenly beings
but there
Iím smiling
inside this giant milky way
havenít found a place
to find out what the taste of a milky way
feels like
yes, oh yes I am quite dead
the instant I died
I was whisked away to here
where I can think
and breathe
although I am dead
do not ask me how that is possible
I was told I was waiting
for someone special to join me
when she dies
anyway
I guess the reason you canít locate me
is because of all the unworldly
appearances in the form of laser-like
streaks of brilliant colors
smudges my appearance
donít know how long I have been here
canít leave just yet
like I said
Iím waiting for a special person
to die
then the reincarnation will be complete
if she only knew what awaits us
I guess Iím just a blurred streak
in this milky way
Iíll keep looking for a way to drink
some of the milky way
oh . . .
I have no more time
she has just departed the world
I will be sent to her
hope she will recognize me
I know Iíll know her
so . . .
time to go

A surrealist sojourn all your own Mr. Bolton. We'll miss you around here, but it sounds as though you have a way better deal going for you and that 'one' is now joining you.

Leave a little something of that "Milky Way" for the rest of us dreamers...okay?

Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here...
