In anticipation of 3/20/2017 !:

                 Spring moment

6 a.m.

The crisp Spring morning rises
to an ice-fingered grip of Winter passing
when even time seems frozen in a moment
with all of life’s hidden consciousness.
One is moved to every bright imagining
of a million infinitesimally tiny,
    awakening things
impatient to re-assume the world.

6:01 a.m.

                       --- b. e. adams

The supreme challenge in each of our lives is perhaps
to look around very carefully at this beautiful, wonderful,
senseless world ... and feel compassion for all things !

Yep Yann, I was late in understanding of the beauty which surrounded me every day of my life. I looked, but saw nothing but negativity.

After an airplane crash (at age ten) and the Nam era ... It would have been easy for me
to be consumed by the 'darkness.' In this life, it seems ever harder to remain in the 'light!'

Sorry about the plane crash, Bruce. And the 'Nam era was awful for sure.

The 'past' is, of course, irrevocable ... the 'future' as yet powerless to be born ...
we have only the grand-scintillating 'now' of infinite potentialities in which to
paint this world in bright-delicious colors !

Your poetry is always gentle and full of nature's virtues and human love. You don't surrender yourself to a therapist as some do, you've found an all-important key to existence that the 'iron ones of old' did know. You may not have the one you want, but you are wanted  by one far more appreciative...Gaia.

Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here...please!

Thank you ! ...

Yes, the 'poetry' is indeed the 'therapy' ... over 2,300 of the
li'l scribbles to date ... THAT'S alot of 'therapy!' ...

[Doesn't cure P.T.S.D./de-realization or C.A.P.D. however]
