commercial photography locations
[photo taken by a friend on tour]

The charms of strolling by a sandy shore
emerge shyly with the soft hues of sea and clouds
mountains rising sheer beyond the distant blue
nature's miracles looking for a place to land.

Nothing on earth distracts me from my walk
no master do I have to hurry me away
a deserted beach may look bleak to some
for me I welcome the smell of salt and water.

My shoulders are bowed with guilt I carry
like chains I drag them around in my mind
but here I can expunge them with no shame
forgive myself to face my demons with fresh eyes.

Bare feet  on sand and a lightness to my step
I prance and dance to the audience of the waves
a silent symphony only I can hear
a ballet rendition only I can applause.

I am loathe to leave and go back to my world
this place dry and treeless devoid of habitation
like one when creation must have first began
I shall enjoy with pleasure, slow and unhurried

Superb thoughts as the horse makes is way through the sandy beach. Many people have the same thoughts, perchance do you, jjote?

Stellar writing my dear. Extraordinary symphony behind the gracefulness of your ballet!

Pass the Glade if you're going to do that here...please!
