'Blank Spaces'

I see you in everyone that I meet and yet they are not you, in the same way I am not myself, whenever we are apart. Each nameless face like an unforgiving tide which I swim against, with all that I am, in the hope that it may consume me whole. For I am incomplete, as is every moment that passes without you. And there are moments, endless moments, a series of blank spaces which I endure alone that have no purpose other than to remind me how truly lost I am without you.

Lovely words James. I can read them fine. I wish I could hear them.

I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not like the passengers screaming in the back of his car.
