day one:

remember today the vultures say as he sits on his roost
above long creek guarding the majixal mushroom patch of the golden amber-fire wolf
orange from the roots
as he dives back to his hole in the enclave 20 stories up

the rottie says there's mary-jane in the cage under the lights at the ball fields think about that before i dig out..

Jesse James had no tricks i didn't find
though id left my candle and i know she has it on her wall or mantle piece.

i believe the spirit of the infamous out was with me as i aspired to climb the power poles
but noticed he was being watched by a savage nite rider and the queen of the damned also i the fallen following the fall

as this title as allowed me to due my trespass of all kinds im not subdued to go beyond my morals to jeopardize my freedoms ever again

cause of the yin-yang culture your never sure who's who in regards to the level of entitlement
entitlement foreseen through the crooked head and cant adjust to a world of false material rewards

where the golden green light
diamonds shine through to expose the inner desires
refines to develop true intent
the divine alive
bring me my wine
diamond dime die damn
its supposed to fill the whole hole
void the void

avoid the precieved esteemed
just be
breath
showers of light
breathless
alone
stone cold
borrowed home
tomb
throne thrown crown to the crow
dig a hole
fallen following the fall
the beauty of doom
consumed the soul of the propensity of destiny
sitting at the empty shell in a desolate city...

alcroscity
with admit-tingly
gravity of a gold solver stash
crash cash in a book of Deuteronomy
carry it with you for me
pleasure of knowing the pressure of the damned
time at the atoned meant to be 11;12
tempted temperature is 43
to culminate the pure energies
forthwith purity the esteemed with new genes
seek out the redeemer
to whom goes the proceeds
well as far as i can see
its all it costs
for a seed
whos to deem where i relinquish mine
i want my dream
queen

I tried to read this and felt an immediate headache comin' on 'cuz of that horrible red color so I had to stop!

I want to die in my sleep like my grandfather...not like the passengers screaming in the back of his car.

It's a little red all over the place but kept me reading.  Interesting poem.

Sounds like someone I may know; especially from the "roost" part. Welcome to Passions. Yes, all "red" reading is a bit hard on our eyes; most poets leave all read for highlighting certain words. I know I have done so. Please check your email for a very special greeting!

"The business of the poet...is to show the sorriness underlying the grandest things and the grandeur underlying the sorriest things." Thomas Hardy
