If the so-called greats can write about faces in a crowd; petals on a bough. If red wheelbarrows are so important that students must study them: Is it not more important that Paul Carrack wrote, 'Eyes Of Blue' just for you? |

My eyes are blue, but I don't think old Paul Carrack penned it for me . . . ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

The man is a genius. Listen to, 'The Living Years.' A bucket could not hold my tears. |

Well to be fair, you never know when you may need to use that all-important wheelbarrow knowledge. Or maybe not. I can list plenty of songs that I like to think are about me, and since I've never heard of Paul Carrack or Eyes of Blue before i looked it up...and thought it was gorgeous. Thanks for leading me to it, liked your poem too! |
