Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Within lies
a better am
that seeks to be.
Suffocated in flesh
settling for
small pleasures,
grasping at gratifications
within easy reach.
So willfully weak
and unwilling to stretch farther
to touch true bliss.

Ahhh . . . Lori, this is what is called batten down the hatches, and wait for a fuller moon.

On the other hand, "Stickers stuck suck!"

They say that there is more to life than small pleasures, within easy reach. Well, I'd settled for just that.

so wilfully weak...I like this sort of naughty line, envy even and wish I can be so.
