Here's to a home, from it I ran,
And to the wicked life of mine,
To solitude and loneliness,
Here's to you, ah, may you be fine.

I raise my glass to lips n'er kissed,
And the eyes that warmed our love so,
To our tête-à-tête; course we did,
I loved it when I made you glow.

Yae could pit that intae  words o' the Scottish bard, and hee'd keep yae close, neebsy. A touch of Lousiana meets Rabbie Burns.
