.

Terror is a synonym of fear.
Someone needs to keep your mind in thrall,
Makes you feel: the threat is always near
Grinning on the threshold of your soul,

Slipping through the border of your country,
Bursting through the basement with a bang.
You’re not a target for the hunter.
You’re just a bullet in the gun.

Maybe not a bullet, but a trigger.
Fear is blind, the shot is just the same.
Easy to release – the bang is bigger,
And the world is breaking into flame.

They expect a judgment of the crowd,
Magic words from us: “Stand up and fight!”
Truly said, the danger is around,
Yet the fuse is actually inside.

Who is it? I wish I knew the master,
But there is no face under the hood,
Black as night and fatal as disaster,
Taking our lives for good… for good…

Devil's voice will never gain your ear,
If your own reason doesn’t fail.
Terror is a synonym of fear.
Don’t allow your fear to prevail!

Hello, everybody!
I had so little to share with you last year.
Honestly I had to work hard and just had no time and strength.
But anyway here is my last poem of 2015.
It was written in a very strange way, when my friends asked me if I want to participate in their project. Right after the terrorist attacks in Paris they have decided to publish an international poetry anthology against terror, and requested many poets from different parts of the world (including me). And somehow I said "yes", although I had no poem on my mind to say nothing of my notes. And I wrote it in two days, as if it was gained through suffering deep inside and just waited for an occasion.

We are 64 poets from 43 countries after all. And the book has just been published. Next 4 days it's free of charge, so if somebody is interested, I will give you the link.

It's hard to feel comfy these days no matter where you are. I'm just happy and glad to be with someone I really care about and my Billy cares about me too. It's a scary kinda world. I like your poem Gale and hope your okay where you are.

It was just a thought which made them run. It was just an act that killed them.

Fear will lead you to do things you would have never done if you were thinking sanely. Yes, sane. Fear can so overwhelm you as to drive you insane. You write this poem as though you have known great fear. I have also, on the mean, mean streets of America. Didn't take me long to understand that fear would hasten my death. I backed up, looked fear in the eye and conquered it. Thank goodness I did. Great poetry, Gale!

Fear is the highest octane fuel for action. Terror is a tool designed to instill fear when tactical means aren't possible. Being trained to act requires facing and  embracing fear, and using it to your own advantage.

Propaganda often relies on fear to create action or to attempt to suppress it. Yet in the latter case, action is also mustered.

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!
