Fair to middlin' of nowhere

You’ll never ever find me lusting
for dusting.
In my home
is where the dust motes roam.
I can’t keep ahead,
they just hide under the bed.
Sometimes things you can’t abide
are impossible to hide.
So when it snowed,
my disappointment showed.
My heart was all but busting.
All we got was a dusting.

I have yet to get my big snow (enough to measure) Sigh...I'm afraid we won't get snow at all...just a lot of ice in Feb. and March.
ARGH!  ~L

Cute, dear Lori!

Even a dusting is better than nothing, like a sugar coating of a chocolate cake ...

It's the deep longing for purity over our polluted Earth.

And the dust hiding under the bed? A persecution!

Love,
Margherita

You need a dust buster, Lori...in your house, and outside..

Just a dusting here also, very odd for north central, Pa.

Thanks for the poem.

Very good wordplay Miss Lori!

Maybe stash one of those snow machines the ski lodges use in front of the house if your wishes are failing you.

"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow"!

She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast".

If you like snow there's lots of places you can go if you can get there since there's so much snow! I like your poem but I don't like dust all that much.

It was just a thought which made them run. It was just an act that killed them.

If I could mon cher, you would have your wish.

However, keep a good thought. Spring may come early and you won't have to think about it again for awhile.

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

Tf,
Great idea! One more contraption to store and breakdown when I need it. Flaky idea actually. LOL!  ~L

Days,
I could go to Colorado, that would be closest. But I would get there and then forget all about the snow   ~L

How sweet Capo!
The later it gets with no snow the more I'm concerned about ice storms in Feb. and March so I quit wishing soon. ~L

Dusting? No problem, one of the reasons I had four females. I do however point out to them from time to time where they have missed a bit. Just kidding I wouldn’t dare to do that, I’m not that stupid.
