Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Anticipation is sweet torture
as I wait on you
There is no substitution,
only you will do.
I sit with my imagination
wondering what will be.
It is all I can do
just to wait and see
what you have up your sleeve.
You make me think and laugh
and somehow want to breathe
that something in your air.
You have me half believing
you might just care
about things greater than Idaho.
Not that it’s a bad thing,
there’s just so much more, you know.
I’ll come clean and admit
to a bit of infatuation
that motivates my curiosity
and feminine observation.
I’m only human,
I am not immune
to your  sophistication
and pied piper tune.
Have mercy on me,
kill me now and end it.
Better yet,
write that Haiku and send it.

If you think Martinis' are killing you Miss Lori, just try one or two 'Harvey WallBangers'!

Not while driving though. You're supposed to bang the walls from the inside, not the outside.

88's

She told me "play one for your supper Danny and maybe you'll get breakfast".

My mom used to make a Harvey Wallbanger cake and it was real good.  I had forgotten all about that, thank you so much for reminding me of that time with my mother.  Wow, you really gave me a moment, bless your heart. ~L

No one deserves you [Lori Rhoden]
Who pretends to be a man
While eating his cheese

Merci beaucoup mon cher amie.

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!
