Back alley princes who rule
Drunkards suffering their ills
Now seeking your healing heart

In many days spent in bitters
They reached out their hands
And you washed them with tears
Cleansing their souls of sins

In the pale of streetlamps
Boroughs of fallen angels
Lay outcast and begging
For a pint of cheap liquor

Laying in their gutter hotel
In need of your tears, as I
In need of a smile, as I
To be born again in you, as I

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!

Kind Sir,
I'll gladly trade you my tears for laughter.

Deep is the tone and words of his write Mr. Martini . . . So much so that I feel the words buried within my soul . . . Damn!

Coming up in a big city, I recall seeing scenes similar to yours here Mr. Martini, but I never had to live in it.

Funny how some feel things aren't going well for them as they pull into their two-car garage and slump into a plush 'Lazy Boy'.

Perceptions, perceptions, perceptions.

"I'll gladly trade you my tears for laughter".

Such a profound thing to say Lori Rhoden. As if you knew me. I'm smiling with my lips closed and certain a wave of warmth rolled my head to to a slight tilt.

Thank you for that.
                         I mean it.

Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me!
