Handful of sins,
A lifetime of regret,

End is constantly inching closer,
Yet time is spent feverishly,

In the honor of the broken spirit,
Let the soul find itself at last,

From the protruding darkness,
Gaping at the end of a thought,

Each devil to his own.

I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality.

Yep, I can, and do, identify with this one, for sure, Xeonox . . .

"Handful of sins,
A lifetime of regret,"

This just tells it all in a concise and identifiable way . . .

Xeonox, Potent writing,
especially liked these lines..
'From the protruding darkness,
Gaping at the end of a thought,'
