Piano Girl

I'm not gonna
tell you
how many years
Mika played piano
but let me tell you
it was many a day;
she told me her husband
had told her
not to work,
to study music and play,
that was enough,
until one day
he started to play;
seems another lady
had made his day,
and now with her husband gone,
no longer did Mika
study and play,
she closed the keyboard
and sadly walked away;
that's why its so special
to hear her now,
she plays Beethoven
like he's going
out of style.

poignant and sad for the lady..so how does one play an out-of-style Beethoven, I'm trying to conjure or feel how that music sounds, but the image seems captivating.
