Houston commercial photography

somewhere
in all the quiet rooms
dim lights
they are a-burning
lives, some not unlike mine
these quiet lives in these quiet rooms
some like mine
are being lived but are not owned
it all is made crystal clear
as I stand outside
in the rain
we live our lives
doing what we must
then we are ever so quietly gone
buried in the rain
umbrellas, flowers, all that
an when the mourners are gone
their lives go on
some like bright lights of Broadway
other like that one candle
in that quiet room
replaced when needed
smoldering, smoldering until . . .

I like that while you are "reevaluating" your life, you don't seem to regret that "we live our lives doing what we must then we are ever so quietly gone"...but don't be so in a hurry to go Jerry, for you there are still roads to travel, worlds to conquer.

BTW, how do you post a picture on a poem. Am techno-lost.

Yes, jjote, I agree there are still things to be seen and heard and experienced . . .

About putting photos on PiP . . . Here is the link . . .  http://www.freeimagehosting.net/  Look down where it says “Browse No file selected” and click on Browse. It will take you to where you have the photo you want to use, if not you will have to find it on your own.

After selecting your photo click on “Upload Image.” Your image will appear, and at the top of it you will see “Image Code.” Highlight it,  go to PiP where you want it to be shown and paste it at the top. That’s it, you’re in business. Hope I madeit simple for you to understand. Good luck.

thanks Jerry. I tried posting a picture with a poem, and it worked, but how do I resize it to a smaller one..it's eating up the page. Or maybe I'll have to do this on the original photo.

You will have to search for a site that resizes photos. Google it.

Ah, there are many a pondering going on concerning the greatness of life, love and deaths'
cold hand, Tanya. Mine is merely more to add to that stockpile of attempts to make sense of it all. Thank you for being here.
