Soft whispers, tears and laughter
a soft caress, your voice
like velvet to the soul
Almond eyes, dark yet bright
and curls I love to touch
sweet happiness and joy
the first time was when
we met in Amsterdam
and again
when our baby boy, Rayan was born
I can never forget you
no matter how hard I might try
Love is stronger, they say
Hopeful that it is
Even if time could slow down
I embrace eternity with you

My letters may get jumbled
even if the words won't come out
remember how much I love you
you, just you, can understand
eternity without you is hell and
madness my friend...

I love you

This is a most-telling thought, warm to read between the strains:

"...Even if time could slow down
I embrace eternity with you..."

"...But a tyrant spell has bound me,
And I cannot, cannot go...

I can feel the heartbreak in this! Amazing writing...

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.
