Dark on sighs-
I spin at three,
Chant at five-
and drop to knees.
Sky-kiss on nine-
stick-pin, I bleed,
Lips beg in cry-
for soil to drink...

"Life-force spill forth-
to Lady's stones,"
I salt the earth,
taste Circled-Atone...
"Heart of my hearth-
let my fate be shown..."

Red wine to my lips-
chalice denied,
From bottle I sip-
(You) ...my mind scries.
Soft smile, She quips-
wish granted, dark on sighs.

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...

"...But a tyrant spell has bound me,
And I cannot, cannot go...

Deviously delicious.  It's amazing what they can fit into those little bottles these days, ain't it?  Think I'll go check my mailbox now.

Ahhh . . . Michael stole my thunder with his comment about those little bottles. Still, when you get into the telling of a poem, you do give us pause to think and rethink your wondrous gift for the poetical language . . .
