    a few clouds
give the moonstruck
      some rest

   spring creek
   a blue heron
among dogwood
    blossoms

   spring morning
sunbeams playing
    with shadows
one butterfly dances
only in the light



perhaps her winter heart
was once the spring breeze
    love may still bloom

butterfly
talk to me
about your
finest poetry



dreaming of Spring
who is the voice
still crying in the
   Winter wind
