Fair to middlin' of nowhere

The foreboding words
Diet and some exercise
Ringing in my ears

My sedentary
Stubbornly eating too much
My clothes are too tight

I should be walking
The weather is just perfect
Instead I sit tight

Oh I know better
I am stuck in a pickle
Gosh, that sounds yummy

YOU have been on a poetical tear lately. Well, maintaining your body is a sure fire way to stave off certain physical complications, but you've probably heard that a time or too.

Why yes, my friend I hurt myself just the other day....I threw my hip out kicking myself in the butt for not doing what I'm supposed to. ~L
