Winter's hand is warming,
Uplifting bud and blossom;
Bee, bird, bat and bug
Mothering skunk and 'possom.

Banks,white, trickle down
To wading stream below
Gleaming wondrous secret
Transposing body, state and soul.

Such movement awes my every sense,
Bringing life from dormant hold.
A Renaissance is coming, Friend!
To it may we unfold.

Unfolding joy and love of life,
Fantasy, enchantment
Seasoned right to break the norm,
Incurring renaissance advancement.

Tracie,

Glad you liked it.  The sunbeams are beginning to peak out here and that's helping me to imagine beyond the mud...

It is a pleasure to know the poem has been enjoyed.  Thank you for your response.

Jo,

It is good to hear from you as well! Whirlwinds of change had affected my desire to write or paint.  This is a first poem in several years...  Thanks for your Springy  response

Wow, old home week - you and Allison on the same day . . . feels like the good old days again, though a few are here in spirit only and always will be.

Enjoyed this!!
