The morning is pure
in a world of the cluttered
blackbirds snack on the
morsels of kindness, left
by the passerby

intricate words, from a lexicon's
weather thoughts, framed at the
window view

white leans on branches
that struggle to dream Spring
full strength storm
the window bangs relentlessly

much is buried as the hours
accumulate, all but for your feather of blue
as if the heart could not help but notice

and somehow, once again
the imagination runs sweet when life
grows in the rose of rewind

Your poetry is delicate and so very beautiful,
your visuals and your messages are like a soft whisper.  Your poem left me light headed at the thought of shedding winters coat, anticipating the first blooms of spring.

Lovely Emma...

You have such a soft, fragile touch to all of your poetry, Emma, and this one is special within itself and the person (you) who penned it.

Must agree with some others: your poem sails over the reader like a soothing, warm breeze.
