I see the changes
I fail to meet the challenge
Time is running out

c'mon in the water's fine! I'm simply bemoaning the fact I'm getting older and not doing all I can to stay fit and healthy...
I have quit smoking (again).  But as far as diet and exercise goes... well...um...you have the poem.~L

time will indeed run out eventually but lets hope it's not any time soon xx

I've quit smoking(again!), too. And I reckon that is meeting a challenge head on. So, a big up for you.

One challenge at a time. As my old granny use to say: 'Rome wasn't built in a day.'(winks)

Lori Do try to find a good yoga class. It is really the nicest and calmest way to keep fit. NO sweating and NO groaning as exercise promotes. Just a nice mild relaxation. Look up the Alexander Technique.I did that along with rink roller skating and Thai Chi  from the of fifty one to fifty seven. I had more energy than I knew what to do with. I took care of my family and others as a job and worked full time at an answering service. check it out.
