Fair to middlin' of nowhere

I’m moving so slow
I’m going backwards

If I moved any slower
Rigor mortis would set in

Pigeons would alight on my head
and poop in my Post Toasties

Cob webs would form
and the dust would gather

I’d collect clutter
and be covered with coats

Out of sight
and out of mind

I’d soon be lost
and then forgotten

Wouldn’t you know
All because I’m movin’ too slow.

Try walking barefoot through a field of thistle... It should get you hopping

Thanks for all the advice! Think I'll pass on the thistles. Maybe I'll try tieing candy to a stick and holding it out in front of me then I'll make an ass out of myself and it should work just fine! LOL!

when we're young and foolish we're in a rush.. as we get older we're wise enough to take our time..

patience is something I've really learned to appreciate over the years..

nice thoughts here Lori
