The Naked Egg a wonderful tool, for protein and such to render diabetics a lower b.s. it’s amazing, I’ve found when included in breakfast lower sugar abounds it’s not always easy to stomach the stuff with eyes looking back some nausea results but forging on in it’s a boon to my day it can cover the sin an accompaniment of sweets when added precariously to my morning of treats so sip on my coffee nibble peaches or ‘nana a cookie a candy a scarf, a bandana okay it’s mere nonsense from here and on out so forgive me my insanity, my leaving of senses and see how the page aids my condenses. ©Virginia Salter (I know you're thinking, "It didn't lower it at all, but it did as b.s.=blood sugar) Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Cute, my friend ... got to tell you though, first thought upon seeing "condenses" at the bottom was Eagle Brand Condensed Milk which I dearly love stuck in the freezer (it doesn't freeze just gets VERY thick) for a couple hours or a month or however long I can stand knowing it's there --- then opening and spooning it from can to mouth! Yummy!! Needless to say - not often done and not necessarily the whole can eaten at once, although . . . been imbibing since I was a kid!! Enjoyed, j. |
