The rain falls

the wind blows

the bough breaks

the trees fold

the window seat is dark

the dimness alluring

the rain it falls

and the house is enduring

Shadows bloom

I stand untouched

I fold myself

and weather the storm

until it runs away

Kinda sad tone to this poem, but also some tangible humor.

If they give you ruled paper write sideways.

I really like this, the starkness of the storm is tangible.

Welcome back to the blue sea...

I'm impressed how much you were able to convey with short stark lines. I really like the way you used and repeated the word " fold"
