Grief~~~
You never know when tears will flow,
     or why they fall.
Forever in your life they appear
seemingly for no reason at all.

I am not a crier, so it is just tears
that could be for something nice or sad
or even very funny, it does not seem to matter.

I think the tears are just the piling up
of feelings held back throughout the years.

Tears we had never let spill out, seem to dribble out every now and then.
A release  from the burden of carrying them so long.

Ahhh, that is a sweet way to describe the tears. Even we guys tear up in certain circumstances. You do have a sort and good feeling way of describing our tears, Jo.

If they give you ruled paper write sideways.

Jerry's right on both counts - and there's a loud of credence in what you said too.  Like the way you presented it - Truth there.

Thank you James.I was laughing out loud over a silly story and realized how many ways and how many times a few tears  fall. Sometimes over nothing it seems for a story or a movie or just an old memory or two.I know men also feel this way because I had two brothers a husband and three sons. Thanks for reading and replying jo

I am a crier and the poem still rings true! Just this morning I started crying about getting to finally go see my grand baby today
I've only seen her once since she was born and she'll be 6mo old on the 11th of Nov. I'm so excited!! (and afraid something will come up at the last minute and we can't go, again)

thank you Lori and Bruce. It is almost funny  when the tears do flow because we really are never sure why or when it will happen. Best,Jo

ho jo, this is a sensitive and realistic sensation of how life build his burden until sometimes we can't bear it, to cry o think is the best way to evacuate burdens,

I am not a crier either, Jo but I know what you mean. Sometimes when I am alone tears come for a variety of reasons.

Beautiful, Martyjo.  I think I understand, but in my case - and I am a crier - I think I always know why . . .
