New pot perking
Fast and furiously dripping
Loudly gurgle growling
Black gold into gleaming carafe
Bright yellow numbers
Tell the time
Other buttons set
To automatically start
The morning without me.

Careful, Lori, these wonderful machines will eventually make you obsolete. That is their objective you know, beware! Heh.Heh

If they give you ruled paper write sideways.

Definitely appropriate!  Cute, and fun and, sadly, real.  Mine has to be plugged in each time - the old style electric percolator - but delicious coffee, without fail - so it can't start without me!

good fun here...(sadly)

Enjoyed Lori, I was never a coffee drinker until one day and I do not remember when it started AND that led to all the rest of my days. Now I make a pot to have a fresh cup every morning and refill the cup during the day. I am not even a lover of the drink. It has become a habit. I do not long for any particular liquid but I do not remember to  drink water and this is a way for me to get it into my body.Tea once in a while.I find Coffee leads me to food while I can drink a cup of tea and not feel the urge to eat anything with it. We seem to pick up silly needs in life. With my Mon it was coca cola and I know that had a lot of cafine. best to you Lori. keep that pot perking, jo

Jerry, Make me obsolete in the morning please! Let someone else fix that first cup and bring it into the bedroom and wake me up, won't hurt my feelings a bit. heh heh

J- I'm excited about the new pot...no more makin' coffee in an early mornin' coma. Pretty sure I'll be less likely to start the pot before I put the coffee in now !

Just the smell of coffee perking can pop my eyes open. Conversely, I can drink a cup of coffee and fall right back to sleep too. Yawn, it is 2:30 in the afternoon and I could use a coffee pick me up (or a nap) I'm not particular. LOL!

Lori, I also often have a cup of coffee before I go to bed. Especially if I am watching a movie on TV. Never makes a difference in my sleep habits which are horrible as it is. I rarely go to bed until the wee hours in the morning. jo

Yes and I was smart this time and got a black one that won't show every speck of spatter.

Jo
The only reason coffee doesn't keep me up at night is because I have meds that help me sleep. I rarely have coffee at night...but sometimes I just can't resist!
