Early morning purr
Warm fur nuzzle at my neck
Licking on my cheek

Ah, a tender welcome into the new day indeed! This is very lovely.

I always have a slight fear to let my cat Zelda in in the early morning, as she wants me to get up, while I want to sleep a little longer. She has a method to wake me up that makes me shriek, she bites my toes through the sheets. This happens in Summer, in Winter the covers avoid this bad habit! Of course she can also be a good girl, sometimes, but not at dawn!

Hugs.

Margherita
