Music moves me
from inside myself
Rhythm rises
Tempo takes over
Movement dances
from fingertips to toes
Head and hips swaying
their way around
a soul freeing melody
An elixir of sound
The fixer of down
Lighthearted again
I twirl and spin
Shining eyes reflecting
a smiling heart
inside of me
