From the Raven Charivari of the Night

I dreamed a sheaf of poems on a table by a window
Pages turning on that window ledge of night
Like a thief with thoughts of kneeling
Thoughts of God will find me kneeling
There, with poems turning, turning
In the night
.
Poems turning turning turning
As they flutter with the curtain
While God willing thoughts of greatness
And a thief with thoughts of fleeing
From a table, from a window
From the raven charivari of the night

.

You really captured the moment.
Lovely visuals and sentiment.
